This role works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Job Duties:Support engineering and production teams with daily manufacturing operationsPerform equipment setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairsMonitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process improvementsAssist with testing, validation, and data collection for engineering projectsCreate and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production recordsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtimeUtilize hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment as neededTroubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize disruptionsFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresWork collaboratively with technicians, operators, and engineers to support production goalsQualifications:Previous experience as a Process Technician, Engineering Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role preferredExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentMechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to use hand tools, measurement tools, and basic testing equipmentDocumentation experience preferred (SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, etc.)Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAssociate degree or technical training preferred but not requiredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
