Databento is looking for a customer support representative to be the first point of contact for inquiries, particularly during EU/APAC hours. The ideal candidate will resolve common issues related to API usage and escalate complex problems to senior support. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in technical support along with familiarity with financial trading and market data. In addition, proficiency in Python and strong communication skills are required.
