Job Summary: The Cashier is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly by making eye contact, displaying a genuine smile, and warm greeting- "Hi, welcome to Lee's".Assist guests with menu selections.Accurately process orders and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.Consistently use suggestive selling to increase profits.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area and front counter.Ensure orders are double checked and delivered promptly and correctly.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math and cash-handling skills.Ability to complete required digital training on the LMS.Previous experience in food service is a plus.
