Role: Director / VP – Retail BPO Business DevelopmentLocation: Atlanta, GA / North Carolina (Travel Required Across the US)Full TimeSalary: $147,100-$199,100 + Bonus Important Note: Due to the nature of the projects and specific Client requirements associated with this position, we are unable to sponsor visasJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive new business acquisition within the Retail BPO domain. The primary focus of this role will be to acquire new BPO clients across core retail business functions including:MerchandisingSupply ChainDigital / MarketingStore OperationsThe ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with senior retail executives such as:Chief Merchandising OfficersChief Digital OfficersChief Supply Chain OfficersChief Operations OfficersThe individual will work closely with prospective clients to identify operational challenges and position BPO solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business effectiveness.This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, deep retail domain expertise, and an established network within the US retail industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development and revenue growth within the Retail BPO space.Build strategic relationships with retail CXOs and decision-makers.Identify customer pain points and create proactive sales strategies and solutions.Develop and convert large-scale sales opportunities into successful deals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position tailored BPO offerings.Expand market presence and establish long-term client partnerships across the US.Preferred Candidate Profile15–20 years of experience within core retail business functions and Retail BPO sales.Prior experience at Director / VP / SVP level with leading retailers handling:MerchandisingDigital CommerceSupply ChainStore OperationsCandidates who transitioned from retail leadership roles into BPO / Consulting sales environments are highly preferred.Strong experience working with Tier-1 consulting organizations or large BPO providers.Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.Existing network of retail industry contacts within the US market.Top Skills RequiredRetail Domain Expertise (Merchandising / Digital / Supply Chain)Retail BPO Sales & Business DevelopmentStrong CXO Network within the US Retail Industry
