A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide telephonic support and crisis intervention services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and regular availability on weekends and holidays
Must have a distraction-free, private office space and reliable internet connection
Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
