Landscape Crew Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping activities. The ideal candidate will lead and assist a team in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are executed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities - Supervise, direct and work with crew members in daily tasks - Maintain and build landscapes according to project plans - Perform landscape maintenance including plant care and irrigation - Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards -Communicates with clients, project manager, designer - working as a team - Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures Skills - Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate a team - Proficiency in landscape construction practices and landscape maintenance - Ability to supervise crew members and delegate tasks accordingly - Knowledge of pruning, irrigation systems, and general landscaping techniques including paver patios, retaining walls, stair construction, planting, drainage, rain gardens, fences etc... -Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of permaculture or regenerative agriculture a plus.
