Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Westborough, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing leasing activities, supporting prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, and handling lease agreements. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong resident relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Leases and Lease AdministrationStrong skills in Resident Retention and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills for engaging with residents and team membersAbility to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlinesProficient in property management software a plus. We are currently using AppFolio.High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is highly desirablePortfolio is always expanding. Currently there are properties locafed in the following towns/cities in MA - Westborough, Southbridge, Winthrop, Welllesley, Mashpee, Mashfield, Taunton, Spencer, West Boyleston, and Pelhman, NHCorporate office is located in Westborough, MA.
