Job Title: Retail Development ManagerLocation: Minneapolis Minnesota 55403 United StatesDuration: 6 monthsDepartment: Global Products & ExperiencesReports To: Sr. Director, Retail DevelopmentRole OverviewThe Manager, Retail Development, Global Products & Experiences is responsible for executing retail strategies that drives sell-in of licensed merchandise across key retail partners. This role manages day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensures strong in-store execution, and supports the growth of the brands through compelling consumer product offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with retail partner and licensees to drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed products across key hardlines categories including Sporting Goods, Bullseyes Playground, Food & Beverage and Essentials & Beauty.Execute retail strategies across category responsibilitiesMonitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distributionPartner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations in partnership with licenseesEnsure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placementsConduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunitiesAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activityCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, franchise) to support campaignsJob SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-upExperience working with licensed brands or retail partnerships preferredStrong understanding of retail environments and merchandising strategiesExcellent relationship management and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisionsExperience4+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business developmentBachelors degreeWorking knowledge of entertainment, categories and/or retail industry a plusSantosh Kumar Cherukuri Recruitment SpecialistD: 317-854-6553E: santoshkumar.ch@tsrconsulting.com
