Bravi (YC F25) - Founder’s Associate - New York

Role detailsLocation: New YorkStarting Date: asapFull-time 2–4 years experienceAbout BraviBravi is the AI-powered operating system for home services businesses - automating communications and workflows so teams can convert more leads without extra workload.Home service businesses (solar installers, shutter companies, HVAC contractors, roofers) receive dozens of inbound calls every day. They lose leads every time no one picks up. They waste hours on manual quoting, outdated software, and fragmented tools built for someone else. Every missed call is a customer who calls the competitor instead - and in this industry, speed of response directly determines who wins the deal.We replace the receptionist, the CRM, and the follow-up coordinator with a single platform: AI voice assistants that handle calls 24/7, chat agents that qualify leads instantly, automated quote generation, and workflow automation that converts conversations into closed deals. Plug-and-play from day one - no 6-month onboarding.France has 8,000+ home service businesses doing $1M+ in revenue. The US has 60,000+. We're already live in production with real clients and growing fast. Our goal: become the default operating system for home services, globally.Bravi Squad system - Allowing Voice AI agents to work togetherBacked by Y Combinator (F25), Bravi was founded by Anas (EPFL/ UC Berkeley) and Pierre-Habté (Supaero/ UC Berkeley), former co-founders of Snipfeed (a creator platform they scaled and successfully exited).Bravi is the next chapter in an 9-year journey of building together, this time focused on empowering the industries that keep the world running. The RoleWe're looking for a Founder's Associate - someone who works directly with the founders on whatever matters most. This is not a "shadow the CEO" role. You will own projects, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes. You will be in the room for everything - customer calls, strategic discussions, product decisions, and growth experiments.Think of it as a compressed MBA in building a startup, except you're actually doing the work, not studying it.You'll Touch Every Part Of The BusinessGo-to-market - outbound, inbound, messaging, positioningSales enablement - supporting deals from first contact to closeMarketing - content, brand, social, campaigns, and building Bravi's presence in the marketCustomer success - onboarding clients, deploying AI agents, gathering feedbackOperations - building and improving internal processesGrowth - launching experiments, analyzing results, iteratingStrategy - market expansion, partnerships, special projectsNo two weeks will look the same. What You'll Actually DoOwn and run outbound campaigns - identify leads, write sequences, qualify prospects, and support the founders in closing deals.Onboard new clients and manage the end-to-end setup of their AI assistants, serving as the main point of contact during the first months of deployment.Gather customer feedback and translate it directly into product and positioning improvements.Drive marketing initiatives - organize webinars, build Bravi's presence on social media, create content that reaches our target customers, and find creative ways to put Bravi on the map in the home services industry.Build internal processes and playbooks that scale as the team grows.Design and run growth experiments across channels, track results, and iterate fast.Lead market expansion initiatives as we move from France to the US.Support fundraising preparation: data room, investor updates, materials, and narrative.Take on strategic projects - partnerships, new segments, distribution - whatever matters most right now. What We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting, VC, banking, or a strong track record of internships in fast-moving environments.Perfectly bilingual in English and French - written and spoken, no exceptions.Strong analytical and communication skills with a genuine bias toward action.Comfortable moving fast, figuring things out independently, and thriving in ambiguous situations.High ownership mentality - you see problems and fix them without being asked.Based in Paris or ready to relocate immediately.Bonus: you've worked in sales, growth, or operations; you've built something on the side; you're already using AI tools in your daily workflow. Why This RoleMost early-career roles give you a slice of the company. This one gives you the whole picture. You'll be one of the first hires at a YC-backed company with a founding team that has already built and exited a startup. You'll work directly with the founders on the problems that matter most - not on the problems that are convenient to delegate. In 12–18 months, you'll have a deep understanding of how a fast-growing AI startup operates - across sales, product, operations, and strategy. You'll Also HaveReal ownership and accountability from day oneA front-row seat to building something that could redefine an entire industryThe opportunity to grow into a senior role as the company scalesCompetitive salary, meaningful equity, and visa sponsorship for relocation to New York as Bravi expands to the US marketThe TeamWe're a small team and we intend to keep it that way for as long as possible. Every person here is someone we'd want to work with for the next decade - people who are sharp, humble, and genuinely care about what we're building. We believe in talent density over headcount. We'd rather have five exceptional people than fifteen average ones. That means high standards, real ownership, and no room for passengers - but also a level of trust, autonomy, and creative latitude you won't find at a bigger company. In practice: you work on things that matter, with people who are at least as good as you, and you're trusted to get it done. What You Can ExpectCompetitive salary benchmarked against top European startupsMeaningful equityMeal vouchers (tickets restaurant)Gym membershipPremium health insurance covered at 90% - including your partnerAt least one offsite per year - the next one is in BiarritzThe best tools and setup to do your best workLocationBased in Paris (coworking space : Morning Laffitte) & New York.Interview ProcessIntro call (30 min) - Get to know each other, cover your background and motivationsDeep dive (45 min) - Walk through Bravi's current priorities and the projects you'd ownTake-home project - A real problem we're working on right nowLunch with the team in Paris - Get to know us in personWe make decisions within 48 hours of the final step. How to ApplyYour resumeYour LinkedInA short note (2–3 sentences) on why Bravi and why nowWe read every application.
