We partner with landlords who own properties and convert them into high-performing short-term rentals — helping them earn significantly more than a traditional long-term rental while we handle everything on their behalf.We are growing rapidly and looking for one hungry, disciplined, and coachable sales representative to help us reach more property owners.The RoleYour job is simple. Reach out to property owners, deliver a concise scripted pitch, and collect their contact information. Our closing team handles everything after that. When the deal closes, you earn $750 — every time, no exceptions.This is a pure outbound role. There is no inbound lead flow, no warm handoffs, and no base salary. This role is built for someone who is self-motivated, thrives under pressure, and is driven entirely by results.Your ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound outreach to property owners via phone, text, and emailDeliver a short scripted pitch and qualify prospects efficientlyCollect contact information and pass warm leads to our closing teamMaintain accurate and up to date records inside our CRMHit daily activity targets consistently — new contacts, follow-ups, and booked conversationsFollow up persistently until you get a definitive answerWhat You Will Earn$750 per closed deal, paid upon contract signing. No ceiling.On-target earnings of $3,000–$4,500 per month for consistent performers. Top representatives earn significantly more. Monthly performance bonuses available for hitting volume thresholds.Who We Are Looking ForFluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication — you will be speaking directly with US property ownersMinimum 1–2 years of cold calling, cold outreach, or high-volume sales experienceProven ability to handle rejection and follow up without losing momentumExperience using a CRM to manage and track pipeline activityBackground in real estate, property management, or high-ticket sales is a strong advantageAvailable to work 10am–6pm EST, Monday through Friday.
