Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Monroe, NY (Orange County) — Onsite 5 days/weekTitle: Software EngineerSalary: up to $170k plus health benefits (paid in full by the employer), PTO, Bonus, etc (Based on Experience)Industry: Media & TechnologyWe’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop full-stack applications, APIs, and web services.Build responsive user interfaces and scalable back-end services.Develop business logic and database solutions.Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Integrate third-party services/APIs and support CI/CD and automated testing.Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, security, and reliability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.7+ years of professional software development experience.Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.Back-end experience with Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, Python, or similar.Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.Strong SQL/database skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.Experience with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern development methodologies.Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, and responsive design.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, or event-driven architecturesExperience with automated testing and Agile/ScrumProven experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into business or consumer applicationsHands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
