Join Peninsula Hospitalist Associates (PHA) in the San Francisco Bay Area! We are located just 15 miles south of San Francisco in the Peninsula (Burlingame, CA), in Mills-Peninsula Medical Center. Compensation is competitive for the Bay Area We are hiring for both daytime teams as well as our nocturnist team. Rounders - Goal starting census is 12-14 patients. Round robin admissions of 1-2 per day. Nocturnist - Average 7-9 admissions per night (7pm-7am) Supported by 2 swing shifts helping with admissions as well as remote Cross Coverage to offload Secure chats Short Swing admitting shift from 3PM-11PM Long Swing admitting shift from 4PM-2AM eHospitalist off site Cross Coverage support from 7PM-7AM EPIC EMR Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support with no procedure responsibilities. Robust specialist consultant support. Day Rounder Full FTE is 182 shifts per year with an estimated total compensation of $390K Nocturnist Full FTE is 120 shifts per year with an estimated total compensation $390K Retirement benefits of Profit sharing + 3% match Medical Benefits for Full Time Tail coverage included Shareholder track available Our team has made Mills-Peninsula Medical Center one of the best hospitals in the nation.
