This role involves gathering requirements, designing data workflows, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. A basic understanding of project management principles is essential to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences. Identify KPIs and define data sources for reporting needs.Business RequirementsGather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics and ERP solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications forInfor LN CloudSuite modules (Sales, Operations, Logistics) .Infor LN CloudSuite ExpertiseSupport configuration and optimization ofSales (Quote-to-Cash), Operations, and Logistics workflowswithin Infor LN CloudSuite. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives. Assist in testing and validating ERP enhancements and integrations.Data Analysis & VisualizationDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Data EngineeringCollaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines. Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, including ERP and CRM systems.Project CoordinationSupport project planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication.Required Skills3+ years experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design). Good knowledge of ETL processes & tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI governance. Hands-on experience with Infor LN CloudSuite ERP (Sales, Operations, Logistics modules). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus. Experience in Sales & Operations (Quote-to-Cash) is a plus.
