Role Description This is a part-time 16hours/week on-site role for a Youth Leader located in El Cajon, CA. The Youth Leader will be responsible for overseeing and conducting enrichment activities, ensuring the safety and engagement of children, and facilitating programs that encourage teamwork and personal growth. The role involves collaborating with team members to plan activities, supervising children during events or programs, and maintaining a fun and nurturing environment that aligns with Playtime Pros’ mission. Qualifications Experience in child supervision, program facilitation, or working directly with youth in educational or recreational settingsSkills in planning and organizing engaging activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and funStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesPatience, empathy, and the ability to interact effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilitiesKnowledge of safety standards and protocols for working with childrenA passion for youth development and fostering meaningful, positive experiences for childrenHigh school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or training in child development, education, or related fields is a plusCPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
