Association Executive (AE) - Martinsville, VA The Martinsville, Henry, Patrick Counties Association of REALTORS® (MHPCAR) seeks a motivated and dependable individual with a high standard of ethics and professionalism for the position of Association Executive Officer (AE) and Multiple Listing Administrator (MLS).The Association office is located in Martinsville, Virginia, and serves 100+ members.Qualified candidates will have the following:Knowledge of business organizational administration, operations,financial management, supportstrategic initiatives, member relations, and growth.Strong communication andpublic speaking skills, with theability to leverage relationships to increase MHPCAR's visibility in thecommunity.Excellent collaborative and solid decision-making skills that willinspire members to embrace MHPCAR's vision and strategic goals.Adaptability to changing trends and communicating those to members is essential to stay on top of the business.Some college or the equivalent of experience preferred.
