The Role You'll handle inbound leads only from customers actively requesting moving services. No cold calling, no list chasing. What You'll Be Doing Taking inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotesLearning how to rate, quote, and book moves accuratelyApplying one-call-close principles in a real buying environmentFollowing up with undecided prospects to secure bookingsMaintaining clean call notes and pipeline disciplineDeveloping objection-handling specific to price, timing, and competition What We're Looking For Prior phone sales or telesales experience (required)Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-call-volume sales floorConfidence running structured sales conversationsCoachable mindset and willingness to learn a new industryStrong communication skills and work ethicReliable transportation (on-site role; no remote work)No moving industry experience required.
