The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex family legal matters.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and domestic violence.Provide legal advice and guidance on family law issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders.Conduct legal research and analysis.Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Maintain client confidentiality and ensure ethical practice standards.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
