NDT Technician I (X-Ray / Radiography)Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire Entry level $25 per hourOverviewWe are partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturing organization seeking an entry-level NDT Technician I to support radiographic (X-ray) inspection processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their NDT career or looking to gain specialized experience in non-destructive testing within a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform radiographic (X-ray) inspection processes, including film handling and processingInterpret and follow written procedures and work instructionsRecord and document inspection results with a high level of accuracySupport quality and production teams to ensure compliance with industry standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork closely with leadership and take direction on daily prioritiesWork EnvironmentStanding and walking throughout the shiftWorking in low-light or darkroom conditions for extended periodsHands-on, detail-oriented inspection work requiring strong focus and dexterityQualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closelyGood communication skills, both written and verbalBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a production settingPreferred (Not Required)Exposure to NDT methods, radiography, or quality inspectionExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical environmentsFamiliarity with material defects and inspection techniquesBackground in aircraft or vehicle maintenanceAdditional RequirementsMust be eligible to work in the U.S. in compliance with ITAR regulationsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
