If you’re disciplined, resilient, and motivated by performance and growth, Spero offers a path where high achievers excel quickly.ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & RecruitingSource, screen, and engage top technical talent across engineering, IT, and EPC disciplinesEvaluate candidates’ technical skills, motivations, and alignment to project requirementsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of consultants and subject‑matter expertsClient PartnershipCollaborate with your Business Development Manager to understand client needs in DOE/DOD/NNSA and other federal environmentsSupport the creation of professional service and technical solutions for federal programsSales‑Driven Recruitment ActivitiesWork in a fast‑paced, activity‑driven recruiting environmentNegotiate compensation packages and job offersMaintain long-term relationships to support redeployment and referralsConsultant SupportManage consultants through the full assignment lifecycleProvide ongoing communication, performance support, and issue resolutionQualificationsStrong analytical, technical, or math aptitudeExceptional communication and relationship‑building skillsGrit, resilience, and a strong internal drive to winComfort working with metrics, goals, and structured processesA desire to grow professionally and advance within the companyPreferred SkillsExperience in a staffing agency environment (IT, Engineering, EPC ideally)Exposure to federal contracting or support environmentsBachelor’s degree helpful but not requiredMilitary experience or leadership-driven backgrounds are highly valuedPay range and compensation package$65K base salaryUncapped commission + quarterly and annual bonus opportunitiesCell phone reimbursementPPO medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidays, PTO, and vacation timeClear and fast advancement opportunities—top performers often exceed $100K+ in year twoWhy Spero?You won’t be another cog in the machine.
