Locum will be cross-credentialed at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital and ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Skills & ExperienceA MINIMUM of 2 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required.Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions. Must have NP license, DEA license, AANP/ANNCC, ACLS, PALS & ATLS. EducationMaster's Degree level Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role for the state of Wisconsin.
