The Hardscaper will be responsible for performing hands-on work such as installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures. Responsibilities also include working with various materials like natural stone, concrete pavers, and bricks, maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and collaborating closely with the landscaping team to complete projects to the highest industry standards. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting heavy materials as needed. Qualifications Experience working with hardscaping materials such as natural stone, bricks, and concrete paversProficiency in the use of tools and equipment related to landscaping and constructionStrong understanding of site preparation, grading, and landscape design plansProblem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality project executionPhysical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditionsKnowledge of safety protocols and adherence to all workplace safety standardsExcellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with team membersPrior experience in hardscaping or landscaping is highly desirableWillingness to learn and develop skills in a hands-on work environmentA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
