Operations Manager, Factor Procurement

Overview As Operations Manager for Factor Procurement, you will lead the end-to-end execution of procurement and operations plans across sites and brands, driving cost efficiency and quality. You’ll identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce misses and optimize value. You’ll partner with Procurement leadership on long-term strategy while developing a data-driven, cross-functional operations culture. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
