Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We’re working directly with a high-performing founder/CEO to hire a truly exceptional Executive Assistant.This is not a traditional EA role.It’s a strategic leverage role for someone who wants to operate as a true right hand, acting as a second brain to a founder running a fast-moving, growth-oriented business across both professional and personal domains.What you’ll actually do:Run the CEO’s calendar as a system, not just schedulingTriage and draft communications in their voicePrepare sharp, high-quality briefing materialsOwn follow-ups, tracking, and loop closure across prioritiesAnticipate needs weeks ahead, not just react day-to-daySupport travel, events, and key personal logistics to a high standardThis role requires:High conscientiousness and absolute reliabilityStrong judgment and ability to operate autonomouslyA genuine service instinct and pride in making others more effectiveCalm, polished presence with strong written and verbal communicationComfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as a daily co-pilotThe setup:Hybrid role with ~1 day per week in person (higher cadence initially)Based in the North Dallas area near Argyle/DentonWorking directly with a sharp, driven founder who values trust, ownership, and high standardsCompensation & benefits:Base salary: $100K–$125KProfit share: typically 20–30% of base salaryFull benefits package includes:Health, dental, and vision insurance (generous employer contribution)401k with company match (after 90 days)Company-paid life and disability insuranceCell phone and home internet reimbursementCompany laptop and equipmentUnlimited PTO (with approval)Employee assistance program, discounts, and perks Over time, there is scope for this role to evolve into broader operational or commercial responsibilities for the right person.We’re looking for someone who wants to operate at a high standard, take ownership, and build real leverage for a founder.If that sounds like you, or someone in your network, feel free to reach out directly.
