Cable Technician
Your Responsibilities:
Install cables outdoors from poles and inside residential homes.
Verify signal levels on cable outlets to ensure quality service.
Provide TV, Internet, and Phone services to our valued customers.
Install and set up equipment such as modems and cable boxes.
Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Educate customers about our wide range of services.
Responsibilities:
Your own white SUV or white Truck (Mandatory) equipped with commercial-grade ladder racks for transporting 28-foot ladders.
Previous experience as a Cable Technician (Not mandatory)
Active driver’s license and a valid Social Security Number.
iPhone/iPad for using our app to receive and manage service orders.
Conversational English skills
Physical capability to handle heavy objects, including 28 ft ladders.
