C#, Python or Snowflake Developer

Our Client, an asset management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer, C# Developer, or Python Developer to support the automation and modernization of legacy macro-driven processes. The ideal candidate will help replace or enhance existing Excel/VBA macros with scalable, maintainable solutions leveraging modern technologies and data platforms.This is a fully remote, contract-based role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.RESPONSIBITLIESAnalyze existing Excel and VBA macro-based workflows and identify automation opportunitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated solutions using Snowflake, Python, and/or C#Migrate or refactor macro-driven processes into robust, scalable applications or data pipelinesDevelop scripts, services, or tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracyIntegrate automated solutions with databases, data warehouses, and internal systemsCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to gather requirementsEnsure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainabilityProvide documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutionsTroubleshoot and support automation solutions as neededQUALIFICATIONSStrong development experience in at least one of the following:PythonC# / .NETSnowflake (SQL, Snowflake scripting, or integrations)Experience automating or replacing Excel/VBA macros or similar legacy processesSolid understanding of data structures, workflows, and automation conceptsExperience working with databases and SQLAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skills
