This is more than system administration; it's about building smarter workflows, unlocking insights, and ensuring our technology keeps pace with a fast-moving, high-impact organization.You'll lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environmentowning system administration, enhancements, and continuous improvement. From orchestrating quarterly updates without disruption to refining workflows that make life easier for our teams, you'll ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and at full capability. You'll partner across HR and Talent functions to enforce governance, optimize processes, and deliver meaningful data insights, while also championing user adoption through training and support. Simply put, you'll transform HR technology into a powerful, reliable engine that drives better decisions and a better employee experience.We'd love to hear from people with:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM7+ years of HRIS techno/functional analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model basic understanding of SQL preferredAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work hybrid and or remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as neededA successful candidate brings:A commitment to excellence and the development of a high-performing teamAbility to lead and energize teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs; effectively manage, develop, and mentor a teamStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and function with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of HR and talent products, functions, and processesStrong ability to understand technical documentationExcellent presentation skillsPay:Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000. This position is Bonus eligible.
