We take pride in delivering high-quality, sustainably sourced products our customers love.We’re more than just cannabis—we're a community, a family, and a place where your growth matters as much as our plants.Pay: $20.00/hourLocation: Worcester, MAJob Summary: Cannabis Inventory TechnicianThe Cannabis Inventory Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining both cannabis and non-cannabis inventory while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations and internal procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCannabis InventoryTrack and reconcile cannabis inventory in METRCAssist with packaging, labeling, and shippingPrepare audit documentation and support inspectionsNon-Cannabis InventoryManage supplies such as packaging and cultivation materialsForecast inventory needs and reorder stockMaintain organized and efficient storage systemsQualifications1+ year of inventory experience required (cannabis, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing preferred)Valid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredFamiliarity with METRC and CCC regulations preferredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilitiesMust be 21+ and able to pass state background checksWorking ConditionsPhysically demanding role (lifting up to 50 lbs, extended periods of standing)Work performed in cultivation and production environmentsMay require extended hours during auditsPreferred (Not Required)Experience with inventory softwareLogistics coordination experienceWarehouse and/or forklift experienceThis role is ideal for someone organized, compliance-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.Powered by JazzHRjScJ7aJnT5
