Position OverviewA growing logistics organization is seeking Sales Executives to drive new business across domestic and international transportation services. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through deal closure and account transition.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a revenue-generating pipeline within the assigned territorySell logistics solutions including domestic freight, air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and customs brokerageIdentify new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referralsConduct discovery calls and develop tailored logistics solutionsPresent pricing, proposals, and negotiate contractsTransition accounts to operations while maintaining client relationshipsMaintain CRM accuracy and forecast pipeline performanceRequirements5+ years in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics salesProven track record of generating new business and hitting GP targetsExperience selling to direct shippersStrong consultative sales and negotiation skillsAbility to manage full sales cycle independently
