Office Manager
Overview:
Based in Lake Wylie/Clover, South Carolina, ECUTEC provides NDT testing equipment, calibration standards, probes, machining and EDM services and much more to its global industry partners. ECUTEC seeks an Office Manager who is a self-starter, energetic, and tech-savvy. This person will report to the President.
Essential functions include:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
Manage shipments, including export documentation, shipping labels and communication to the customers
Prepare and send technical quotations in response to customer requests
Answer phone calls and take/deliver messages
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting/sending mail and maintaining electronic and physical files
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Collaborating in organizing and keeping the office and shop tidy
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in QuickBooks
Able to perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
Great interpersonal communication
Outstanding time management and customer service
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
High level of integrity and regard for confidentiality
Works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative, team environment
Positive and friendly disposition
