For more information about Relay, visit relaypayments.com.About The RoleA/R Analysts are integral members of the finance team, resolving check depositing queries, working with the bank, reconciling batches, and troubleshooting with the Relay IT team. Additionally, our Accounts Receivable team will review customer deposits on a daily basis and assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Working on the frontline of collections, the A/R Analyst will call customers for disputed credit card payments, bounced checks, and unpaid invoices in order to collect amounts owed to the company.Contact customers by telephone to perform payment verification procedures and process refunds in partnership with our Customer Support teamProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying and recording refunds received from clientsReconcile the check deposit ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly postedReview Positive Pay exceptions on a daily basisVerify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issuesApply customer wire and ACH deposits in the Relay Admin portalKeep electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid by clientsWorks on ad hoc projects, as requiredThis role works on-site at our office at Cobb Galleria 8am-4pm Monday-FridayAbout YouExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAt least one year of related experience is preferredOur Core Values* Invent the Future - We embrace the spirit of invention, the idea that there's always a better way.
