The SRM reports to the VP of Sales Enablement, Claire Pignataro, and works closely with the Sales Enablement team at HUB’s corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver sales initiatives, product rollouts, and training programs.The SRM promotes HUB International's creative and administrative marketing solutions to help generate new business and increase client retention. The SRM is responsible for educating internal HUB team members and clients on the tools and resources available, while finding innovative ways to showcase our unique capabilities.AdministrativeSupport the Sales Enablement team in launching and executing regional and corporate initiativesEstablish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve the goals of the SoCal Region’s Senior Leadership Team and the organizationSupport Sales Leadership in onboarding new Producers and merger/acquisition integrationsServe as administrator for all SRM associated sales tools, including account activation, reporting, data mining, troubleshooting, and utilization trackingServe as a resource and navigator for employees seeking HUB tools and support MarketingSupport corporate Marketing and Communications and the Regional Marketing Team in the creation and execution of advertisements, email campaigns, and virtual and in-person eventsSupport Producers in growing their social media presence via LinkedIn / TwitterCreate presentations, ads, flyers, sales sheets, placemats, event invites, event registrations, landing pages, etc. as neededSupport HUB SoCal participation at tradeshows, conferences, and client events (minor on-site activity required)Technology Tools and ResourcesServe as the primary point of contact for all Producer-facing tools and resourcesServe as subject matter expert and training lead for all HUB-provided sales and marketing tools, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplify, Hootsuite, Workfront, and related platformsManage tool onboarding and access for new usersDeliver in-person and virtual training sessions for individual Producers and office locationsMaintain expertise in HUB's CRM platform (CORE) and support its effective use across the regionServe as the primary training contact for the HUB intranet system (Seismic), supporting SoCal employees with navigation and contentEvaluate and pilot new technologies and applications to support the Sales Enablement and SRM teamEngage directly with third-party vendors and participate in ongoing corporate trainingSales EnablementPartner directly with Location Managers, Producers, prospects, and clients to present HUB value and capabilities in sales meetings and new business pitch environmentsLead the development of targeted lead lists, RFP responses (including writing, formatting, editing, and finalizing), capabilities presentations, benchmarking reports, premium volume analyses, and sell sheetsDevelop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns aligned to Producer and regional prioritiesCollaborate with the CSOs and Sales Enablement leadership to develop and execute local and national training initiatives.Factors for SuccessBachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred3–5 years of relevant experiencePrior experience in a sales or marketing roleAbility to work in a team environment that is cross-functional and remoteProfessional, credible and detail oriented with a high sense of urgencyComfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to take initiativeExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySales-support mindset, competitive drive, and the ability to understand and communicate data effectivelyPersistent, creative approach to problem-solvingTechnically proficient and comfortable adopting new tools and platformsAbility to present complex information clearly and concisely to leadership and sales teamsAbility to identify business needs and develop scalable processes and tools to address themCreative, analytical thinker who can distill complex challenges into clear, actionable solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholdersSolutions-oriented marketing mindsetExperience in customer service or a role focused on client relationship managementAI proficient and curiousProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Macros, Power Query) preferredExperience with managing or utilizing client relationship management (CRM) software; Dynamics 365; PowerBi; PowerAutomate; Claude, ChatGPT, Excel; and PowerPointQualificationsHigh School / GED** Position can be considered a hybrid opportunity (2-3 days in-office) **The expected salary range for this position is $64,480 to $85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
