This position is much more than simply selling parts — it is about building relationships, solving problems, and helping keep our customers on the road and working.We are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and a true "Be Better" attitude.What You'll DoAs a Trailer Parts Sales Professional, you will educate customers and sell parts for:Utility TrailersGooseneck TrailersEnclosed/Cargo TrailersEquipment TrailersDump TrailersHotshot TrailersYou will also develop knowledge and understanding of trailer systems and components including:Trailer BrakesHydraulicsWiringSuspension ComponentsAxles & BearingsLighting & Electrical SystemsTrailer Accessories and moreKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Parts SalesAssist internal and external customers in person and over the phoneHelp customers identify the correct trailer parts and accessories for their needsBuild strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledgePrepare parts quotes and determine parts availabilityPlace and receive parts orders accurately and efficientlySupport trailer service operations with internal parts requestsInventory & OperationsMaintain organized inventory and professional product displaysStock inventory and assist with merchandisingMatch invoices and packing slips for accuracyAssist with receiving and organizing incoming shipmentsUtilize business systems and computer programs efficientlyTeam SupportAssist with deliveries when neededAdapt to changing responsibilities as business needs evolveSupport overall dealership operations and team successMaintain a professional, customer-first attitude at all timesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate:Has a positive attitude and strong work ethicIs motivated to learn and continuously improveGenuinely cares about customer service and customer relationshipsCommunicates professionally and confidentlyCan multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailWorks well independently and as part of a teamWants to grow with a company focused on becoming an industry leaderFamiliarity with trailers and trailer parts is preferred, but not required.
