Research venue options, and assist with logistics for offsite events, conferences and arrange cateringGatekeeping and managing phone callsEmail management for the investment banking teamTrack progress and relevant information pertaining to engagements in Salesforce and be thoroughly knowledgeable of the engagement and deal processSet up and maintain various office files, logs, directories, and manuals. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as requestedRespond to requests for assistance from other business units/groups and provide support during downtimesAssist with training administrative assistantsAd-hoc projectsRequirements:2 to 4 years of previous administration experience in a professional services or financial services/banking industryAttention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a team playerCan effectively work autonomously and continuously focuses on process improvementIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office SuiteAbility to exercise good business judgment when responding to the needs of clients, both internally and externallyCompensation and BenefitsHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
