People work hard, take ownership of their results, and look out for one another.The OpportunityThis Outside Sales Representative will cover Texas statewide, partnering with the existing multifamily sales leader to deepen existing relationships and build new ones. The role is designed for a salesperson who is comfortable with a project-based, long-cycle sales environment and who understands the dynamics of multifamily construction: large orders, multiple stakeholders, and a customer base.You will be working closely with commercial developers, architects, and general contractors. This is a road role for someone who prefers the field to the desk and who knows how to build a pipeline through persistence and genuine relationships.What You Will Need to Be SuccessfulHunter Mentality Self-directed and results-driven, with a proven ability to prospect and open new business in a project-based sales environment.Multifamily Sales Experience 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience with direct exposure to multifamily construction projects of 50+ units, including pre-construction spec work, bid stages, and regional territory management.Relationship Builder Existing relationships with commercial developers, general contractors, or architects across major Texas markets preferred. Able to build trust and maintain presence over long project timelines.Customer-Centric Responsive, dependable, and adaptable across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Cultural Fit Collaborative and grounded. Texan roots or deep Texas market fluency is a plus.
