Continuous Improvement & Project AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Continuous Improvement & Project Analyst to support DTFS North America improvement and transformation initiatives. This role focuses on supporting continuous improvement efforts, coordinating project activities, and contributing to AI-enabled and automation initiatives across financial services processes, including Operations, Risk, Finance, IT, and HR for North America markets. The Analyst will assist with data analysis, process documentation, project tracking, and reporting, helping teams improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen operational consistency.
What You Drive at DTFS
Continuous Improvement SupportAssist in documenting and mapping end-to-end financial services processes. Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation. Support Lean and structured problem-solving activities led by senior team members. Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs aligned to operational goals.
Project Coordination & Execution SupportSupport cross-functional initiatives by tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain project plans, timelines status updates, and basic risk or issue logs. Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. Contribute to operational readiness activities for system changes or process updates. Help prepare presentation materials and summaries for leadership reviews.
AI & Automation Exposure SupportSupport identification of processes that may benefit from automation or analytics. Assist AI, IT, or analytics teams with data gathering, documentation, and testing activities. Help track adoption and basic performance metrics for AI-enabled or automated solutions. Support change management and communication activities related to new tools or workflows.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or continuous improvement. Exposure to structured work environments or cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or data analysis concepts. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create clear summaries. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to handle sensitive operational or customer information appropriately.
Exceptional Candidates May Have
Introductory knowledge of Lean, process improvement, or project management methods. Exposure to automation tools, reporting platforms, or AI-enabled solutions. Experience supporting teams across different functions or geographies. Interest in continuous improvement, analytics, or digital transformation. Success in Year 1 Looks Like Consistent support of multiple improvement or project initiatives. Reliable project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Contribution to at least one automation or AI-enabled initiative. Demonstrated learning and application of continuous improvement and project skills. Positive feedback from project leads and cross-functional partners.
