Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Creator Manager, located in Mountain View, AR. The Creator Manager will oversee and support talent relationships, develop strategic brand partnerships, and coordinate content collaborations. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing schedules, and providing career guidance to creators while ensuring their growth and success. Qualifications Strong skills in relationship management, talent coordination, and client supportProficiency in contract negotiations and agreement managementKnowledge of marketing, branding, and content strategyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilitiesOrganizational and time-management skills to handle schedules and project timelinesUnderstanding of social media platforms and trends in content creationPrior experience in talent management, marketing, or related fields is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
