Production Sample Room Associate

The Sample Room Associate is responsible for preparing product samples and mockups to support sales, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced floral packaging environment.Responsibilities and Duties:Pull product samples accurately based on internal requests and customer needsCreate mockups and sample sets for sales presentations and customer approvalsMaintain organization and inventory control within the sample roomPrepare and process outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager & DHL.Track and document sample requests using Microsoft Word and ExcelEnsure samples are completed and shipped in a timely mannerCommunicate with sales and operations teams regarding sample status and deadlinesKeep the sample room clean, organized, and stockedKey Characteristics & Abilities:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsDesire to continually learn and improve skill setMust have high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and work under pressureStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines consistentlyProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience using FedEx Ship Manager or similar shipping softwareBasic knowledge of warehouse operations preferredAttention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillmentMinimum Qualifications:Must be able to use a computer terminal and answer e-mailsBackground in flexible packaging or floral industry is preferredAble to read and understand work instructions and accept verbal direction to successfully complete procedures and assigned tasksWorking Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move packages and sample materialsMust be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 30 pounds.Must be able to identify, prioritize, and meet multiple expectations for the area of responsibility.Ability to stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the workdayWarehouse and office settingFast-paced environment with changing priorities
