Client Care & Retention Specialist

We are looking to grow our time with a customer service representative. This person will help with billing questions from existing clients, will set appointments for agent with both existing and new clients, help with general customer service work, and help with general customer retention. -Flexible hours, multi-task oriented, insurance knowledge helpful but not required, in-person, self-motivated, technology savvy, client facing role, appointment setting Pay based on experience Qualifications: · Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant in another relevant administrative role · Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software) · Working knowledge of office equipment · Thorough understanding of office management procedures · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency in MS Office Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
