As a Home Inspector, you will be traveling to different residential homes or commercial buildings, inspecting all areas of the property for safety and function following inspection guidelines and standards of practice. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or any of the supporting trades.ResponsibilitiesTravel regularly to different inspection sites to perform inspection services.Assist customers during or after an inspection with any questions relating to the inspection or inspection processRecord all findings and upload photos in the inspection software to create a thorough reportEnsure clients receive unbiased and neutral feedback regarding findingsCommunicate regularly with office staff, clients and agents regarding inspectionsAttend ongoing training in-house and independentQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of state building codes and regulations helpfulFamiliarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulationsThe ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
