QA Tester

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements of web applications.• Conduct application security testing to identify and validate vulnerabilities.• Utilize tools like Jira/Xray for defect logging, tracking, and reporting.• Perform debugging using browser developer tools, focusing on JavaScript and network analysis.• Validate and manipulate requests/responses, including session handling and API testing with tools like Postman.• Collaborate effectively within Agile Scrum teams, including distributed and offshore members.What You'll Need• 5+ years of experience in QA testing of Java/JSP-based web applications.• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile Scrum methodologies.• Hands-on experience with JavaScript debugging using browser developer tools.• Proficiency in analyzing HTTP traffic, modifying payloads, and managing sessions/tokens.• Experience with API testing and a good understanding of web security fundamentals, including OWASP Top 10.• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Xray.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary.• Opportunity to work with a global leader in business and technology services.• Engaging work within a corporate banking client environment.• Continuous learning and development opportunities in a forward-thinking organization.Apply via Haystack today!
