Job Description Location: Florence, KY Employment Type: 3rd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembler – CVG 300 404 D for our client. This job is responsible for manually placing parts on circuit boards, performing basic and repetitive electronic assembly operations, following detailed verbal and written instructions with visual aids, inspecting components for proper placement, utilizing hand tools and barcode scanners, maintaining accurate production records, supporting 5S and safety standards, and working under close supervision to meet quality and production requirements.Thursday-Sunday - CVG 100 and CVG 300403 - 6am-6pm404 – 6pm-6amSunday-Tuesday/Wednesday - CVG 200401 Shift A - 6am-6pm402 Shift B – 6pm-6amWednesday/Thursday-Saturday - CVG 200403 Shift C - 6am-6pm404 Shift D – 6pm-6amWhat’s a Typical Day Like?Manually place parts on circuit boards in accordance with workmanship standardsFollow detailed verbal or written instructions, including visual aidsPerform basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations and labelcomponents, assemblies, or subassembliesPrepare and manually assemble inserted components per visual aids, upon verification of specs from the visual aidsVisually inspect parts for proper insertion and placementUtilize bar code scanners and small hand toolsEnsure assemblies and components are properly handled and markedAccurately maintain progress reports; monitor and restock parts bins as requiredWork under direct, close supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager, or other management as assignedMaintain 5S order and cleanliness in the assigned area at all timesAdhere to all health and safety rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisorComply and follow all procedures within the company security policyMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?18 years oldHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructionsAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variablesAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphsAbility to stand continuouslyAbility to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder levelAbility to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, and/or stoopAbility to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity, including grasping and holdingBe a team player with an ability to work well with others and work well independentlyPass a background check and drug testWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
