Senior Human Resources Business Partner

A mid-sized, multi-location organization is seeking an HR Manager to support a distributed operational workforce. This role sits at the intersection of HR and frontline operations, with a strong emphasis on execution, leadership partnership, and workforce effectiveness.This is a fully onsite role with 30–40% travel.What You’ll DoAct as the primary HR partner to operational leaders across multiple sitesSupport day-to-day workforce needs in a fast-paced, hourly employee environmentLead employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management guidanceDrive consistency in HR practices, policies, and processes across locationsEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal standardsOversee core HR processes such as payroll coordination, employee data management, and reportingAnalyze workforce trends and partner with leadership to address gaps in performance, retention, and productivityWhat They’re Looking For5+ years of progressive HR experienceBackground supporting manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments is requiredExperience working across multiple locations or business unitsStrong working knowledge of employee relations and employment lawComfortable in a hands-on, highly visible role within operationsAbility to influence leaders and navigate a fast-moving environment
