Line CookWe are seeking an experienced Line Cook with 3–6 years of kitchen experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and consistency. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Ensure food quality, portioning, and temperature standards are met Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications3–6 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs PreferredExperience with Mediterranean, seafood, or upscale dining concepts Culinary school training is a plus What We OfferCompetitive pay Benefits  Growth opportunities Team-oriented environment More detail about Kiki on The River part of House Kiki , please visit
