Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Summary: The primary role of the procurement assistant is to provide support to the procurement team. This role assists with the reception support and mail room, vendor process - onboarding/ongoing COI management, B2B user setup/support, travel booking, processing expense, corporate purchases, and the gatekeeper for the procurement help desk. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide tier-one support via KACE, routing tickets to the appropriate teamsSupport reception and mailroom operations, including backup coverageManage vendor setup and compliance, including document review and follow-upsMaintain vendor insurance records and assist with invoice reconciliationSupport P-card transactions, ensuring policy compliance and timely reconciliationCoordinate office supply orders and record purges with vendorsAssist with travel bookings and expense processingPerform general administrative and clerical support as neededParticipate in trainings and team meetings Minimum Skills and Qualifications: High school education, business school or college courses highly preferredThree years administrative and office experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteRequires a customer service mindset.Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving abilities.Ability to work independently.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be a team player.
