Front Desk Associate (part-time) 3-9pm

Front Desk Guest Services Staff ( 14-20 hr/week, every other weekend required) Hours worked will be between 3p and 9p. Job Summary ~ The Front Desk Guest Services staff provide non-judgmental supervision and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and are utilizing the Day Resource Center. Essential Functions: Welcoming each guest to the Center in a friendly manner. Answering the phone and providing helpful information to those in a housing crisis. Provide needed supplies to guests (hygiene products, mail). Provide guidance and encouragement to guests. Ensures the facility is clean. Provides assistance with meal service (heating up/serving/cleaning up), when volunteers are not available. Contributes to a positive atmosphere by enforcing program rules and procedures.
