Job TitleMust Have5+ years as a Tech Analyst in a Healthcare Payor environmentDigital product + new digital productPMP certificationRequired Skills - Bachelors degree + 8 years of leading Project Portfolios as a Project and/or Program Management (12 years if no degree) - Prior experience in large, very complex, environments supporting multiple work streams (in both tech and business deliverables) is critically important. - Prior full budget control of min $5M of project spend - Experience, as a Program/Project Manager, introducing a new Digital Product to an established customer base - Big Plus: prior Healthcare Payor industry experience - Big Plus: PMP certification - Expertise in both IT and business tracks; experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms. - Experience managing schedules, pulling together tech and non tech teams for project compliance/update calls, vendor interaction support, risk management, escalations, etc - Experience in execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, with working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle. This will be built on a track record of implementing business solutions in core critical technologies - Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders - PM tools: Jira, KeyedIn (preferred), Visio
