Founding Team: Campus Ambassadors & Content Creators
About HypeSquadHypeSquad is a new app built by a PSU alum with a simple mission: making it easier for students at Penn State to find their squad. We're creating a friendship-first platform to help students connect for everything from study sessions and football games to finding their core group of friends. We are pre-launch and building our founding team of student leaders who will define the social culture of HypeSquad on campus.This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be on the ground floor of a startup built specifically for the community.(We are recruiting for two key roles under this posting: Founding Ambassadors and Social Media Content Creators. Please specify which role you are most interested in when you apply.)Role 1: Founding AmbassadorAs a Founding Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of HypeSquad at Penn State. You are a natural connector, a campus leader who understands the social landscape and is passionate about building communities.What you'll do:Be a key part of the HypeSquad launch strategy at University Park.Promote the HypeSquad waitlist and app through word-of-mouth and on-campus events.Organize and participate in the first HypeSquad-sponsored meetups.Provide direct feedback to the founder to help shape the app's features and future.Represent the HypeSquad brand with authenticity and positive energy.Who you are:A currently enrolled Penn State student with a strong campus network.Involved in student organizations, clubs, Greek life, or other campus communities.Outgoing, creative, and passionate about connecting people.A natural leader who isn't afraid to take initiative.Role 2: Social Media Content CreatorAs a Content Creator, you will capture the authentic Penn State student experience and bring the HypeSquad brand to life on social media.
