Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in McGregor, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for helping clients identify and secure insurance solutions that match their needs. Daily tasks include managing sales of insurance products, researching policies across multiple providers, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and providers. The Agent will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and tailored insurance advice. Qualifications Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Strong knowledge of Finance and related financial concepts Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment State-issued insurance license (required) Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industries is preferred Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
