Engineering Learning and Development Supervisor

Overview In this global role, you drive engineering capability upskilling, compliance, and modern learning delivery across Ford's Product Creation & Industrialization functions. You will design annual training strategies, validate content with SMEs, and own enterprise eLearning platforms to scale learning for 20,000+ employees. You enable cloud-first analytics on Google Cloud Platform and coordinate cross-regional training initiatives with external partners, ensuring audit-ready learning programs aligned with the Product Development Competency Framework.
