We offer a full benefits package, plenty of overtime opportunities, as well as PTO and Vacation time.Success in this position requires proficiency in tool repair, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly serviced and maintained.Job Duties:Performs repairs on electrical and battery-operated power tools, gas equipment, outdoor power equipment, etc.Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentationMaintains a clean, organized and safe work areaProvides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete and deliver the repairSupports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communicationProperly completes service reports and enters data appropriately through designated computer systemOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experienceAbility to read and comprehend tool schematics and diagramsStrong time management and critical thinking skillsExcellent decision making skillsAbility to prioritize work and perform multiple tasksExperience in handling difficult customer service situationsProficiency in using Microsoft Office SuiteEssential functions:Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to review and interpret computer images and written documentsAnalytical ability including basic math skills
